99. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
100. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
101. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
102. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
103. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
104. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
105. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
106. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
107. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
108. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
109. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
110. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
111. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
112. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
113. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
114. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
115. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
116. as of the date such litigation is filed.
117. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
118. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
119. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
120. meet the following conditions:
121. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
122. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
123. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
124. stating that You changed the files; and
125. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
126. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
127. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
128. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
129. the Derivative Works; and
130. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
131. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
132. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
133. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
134. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
135. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
136. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
137. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
138. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
139. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
140. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
141. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
142. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
143. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
144. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
145. as modifying the License.
146. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
147. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
148. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
149. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
150. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
151. the conditions stated in this License.
152. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
153. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
154. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
155. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
156. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
157. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
158. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
159. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
160. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
161. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
162. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
163. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
164. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
165. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
166. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
167. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
168. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
169. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
170. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
171. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
172. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
173. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
174. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
175. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
176. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
177. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
178. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
179. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
180. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
181. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
182. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
183. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
184. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
185. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
186. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
187. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
188. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
189. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
190. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
191. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
192. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

227. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
228. 1. Definitions.
229. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
230. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
231. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
232. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
233. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
234. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
235. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
236. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
237. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
238. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
239. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
240. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
241. exercising permissions granted by this License.
242. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
243. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
244. source, and configuration files.
245. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
246. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
247. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
248. and conversions to other media types.
249. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
250. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
251. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
252. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
253. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
254. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
255. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
256. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
257. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
258. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
259. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
260. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
261. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
262. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
263. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
264. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
265. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
266. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
267. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
268. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
269. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
270. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
271. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
272. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
273. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
274. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
275. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
276. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
277. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
278. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
279. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
280. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
281. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
282. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
283. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
284. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
285. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
286. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
287. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
288. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
289. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
290. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
291. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
292. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
293. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
294. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
295. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
296. as of the date such litigation is filed.
297. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
298. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
299. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
300. meet the following conditions:
301. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
302. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
303. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
304. stating that You changed the files; and
305. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
306. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
307. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
308. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
309. the Derivative Works; and
310. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
311. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
312. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
313. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
314. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
315. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
316. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
317. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
318. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
319. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
320. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
321. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
322. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
323. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
324. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
325. as modifying the License.
326. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
327. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
328. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
329. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
330. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
331. the conditions stated in this License.
332. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
333. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
334. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
335. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
336. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
337. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
338. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
339. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
340. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
341. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
342. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
343. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
344. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
345. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
346. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
347. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
348. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
349. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
350. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
351. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
352. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
353. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
354. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
355. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
356. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
357. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
358. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
359. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
360. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
361. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
362. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
363. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
364. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
365. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
366. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
367. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
368. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
369. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
370. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
371. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
372. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.
373. END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

408. 1. Definitions.
409. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,

412. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
413. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
414. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
415. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
416. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
417. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or

420. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
421. exercising permissions granted by this License.
422. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,

425. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical

429. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
430. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
431. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
432. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
433. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
434. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
435. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
436. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
437. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
438. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,

440. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
441. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
442. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
443. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
444. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
445. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
446. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent

462. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of

488. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
489. the Derivative Works; and
490. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
491. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
492. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
493. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
494. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
495. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
496. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
497. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
498. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
499. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
500. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
501. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
502. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
503. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
504. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
505. as modifying the License.
506. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
507. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
508. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
509. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
510. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
511. the conditions stated in this License.
512. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
513. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
514. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
515. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
516. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
517. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
518. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
519. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade

521. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
522. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
523. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
524. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
525. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
526. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or

533. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
534. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
535. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
536. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
537. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
538. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
539. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
540. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
541. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
542. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
543. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
544. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
545. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
546. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
547. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
548. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
549. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
550. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
551. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
552. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

587. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
588. 1. Definitions.
589. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
590. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
591. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
592. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
593. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
594. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
595. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
596. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
597. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
598. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
599. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
600. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
601. exercising permissions granted by this License.
602. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
603. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
604. source, and configuration files.
605. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
606. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
607. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
608. and conversions to other media types.
609. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
610. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
611. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
612. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
613. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
614. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
615. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
616. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
617. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
618. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
619. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
620. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
621. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
622. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
623. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
624. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
625. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
626. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
627. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
628. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
629. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
630. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
631. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
632. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
633. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
634. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
635. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
636. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
637. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
638. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
639. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
640. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
641. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
642. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
643. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
644. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
645. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
646. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
647. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
648. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
649. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
650. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
651. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
652. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
653. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
654. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
655. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
656. as of the date such litigation is filed.
657. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
658. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
659. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
660. meet the following conditions:
661. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
662. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
663. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
664. stating that You changed the files; and
665. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
666. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
667. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
668. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
669. the Derivative Works; and
670. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
671. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
672. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
673. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
674. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
675. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
676. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
677. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
678. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
679. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
680. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
681. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
682. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
683. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
684. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
685. as modifying the License.
686. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
687. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
688. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
689. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
690. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
691. the conditions stated in this License.
692. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
693. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
694. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
695. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
696. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
697. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
698. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
699. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
700. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
701. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
702. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
703. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
704. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
705. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
706. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
707. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
708. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
709. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
710. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
711. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
712. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
713. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
714. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
715. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
716. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
717. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
718. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
719. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
720. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
721. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
722. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
723. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
724. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
725. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
726. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
727. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
728. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
729. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
730. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
731. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
732. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

768. 1. Definitions.
769. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,

771. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
772. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
773. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
774. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
775. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
776. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
777. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or

792. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
793. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
794. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the

800. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
801. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
802. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
803. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
804. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
805. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
806. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
807. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to

849. the Derivative Works; and
850. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
851. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
852. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
853. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
854. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
855. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
856. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
857. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
858. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
859. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
860. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
861. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
862. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
863. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided

866. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
867. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
868. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
869. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
870. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
871. the conditions stated in this License.
872. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
873. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
874. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
875. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
876. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
877. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
878. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
879. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
880. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,

893. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
894. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
895. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
896. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
897. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
898. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
899. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
900. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
901. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
902. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
903. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
904. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,

947. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
948. 1. Definitions.
949. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
950. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
951. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
952. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
953. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
954. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
955. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
956. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
957. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
958. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
959. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
960. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
961. exercising permissions granted by this License.
962. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
963. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
964. source, and configuration files.
965. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
966. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
967. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
968. and conversions to other media types.
969. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
970. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
971. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
972. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
973. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
974. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
975. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
976. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
977. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
978. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
979. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
980. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
981. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
982. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
983. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
984. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
985. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
986. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
987. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
988. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
989. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
990. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
991. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
992. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
993. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
994. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
995. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
996. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
997. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
998. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
999. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1000. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1001. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1002. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1003. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1004. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1005. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1006. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1007. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1008. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1009. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1010. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1011. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1012. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1013. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1014. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1015. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1016. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1017. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1018. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1019. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
1020. meet the following conditions:
1021. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1022. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1023. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1024. stating that You changed the files; and
1025. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1026. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1027. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1028. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1029. the Derivative Works; and
1030. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1031. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1032. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1033. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1034. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1035. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1036. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1037. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1038. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1039. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1040. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1041. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1042. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1043. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1044. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1045. as modifying the License.
1046. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1047. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1048. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1049. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1050. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1051. the conditions stated in this License.
1052. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1053. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1054. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1055. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1056. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1057. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1058. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1059. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1060. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1061. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1062. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1063. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1064. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1065. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1066. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1067. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1068. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
1069. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
1070. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1071. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1072. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1073. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1074. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1075. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1076. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1077. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1078. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1079. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1080. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1081. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1082. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1083. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1084. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1085. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1086. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1087. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1088. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1089. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1090. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1091. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1092. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

1348. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1349. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1350. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1351. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1352. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1353. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1354. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1355. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1356. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1357. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1358. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1359. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1360. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1361. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1362. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1363. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1364. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1365. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1366. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1367. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1368. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1369. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1370. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1371. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1372. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1373. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1374. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1375. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1376. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1377. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1378. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1379. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
1380. meet the following conditions:
1381. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1382. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1383. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1384. stating that You changed the files; and
1385. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1386. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1387. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1388. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1389. the Derivative Works; and
1390. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1391. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1392. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1393. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1394. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1395. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1396. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1397. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1398. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1399. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1400. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1401. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1402. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1403. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1404. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1405. as modifying the License.
1406. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1407. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1408. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1409. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1410. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1411. the conditions stated in this License.
1412. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1413. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1414. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1415. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1416. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1417. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1418. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1419. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1420. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1421. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1422. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1423. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1424. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1425. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1426. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1427. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1428. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
1429. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
1430. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1431. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1432. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1433. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1434. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1435. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1436. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1437. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1438. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1439. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1440. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1441. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1442. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1443. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1444. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1445. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1446. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1447. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1448. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1449. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1450. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1451. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1452. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

1505. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical

1510. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1511. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1512. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1513. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1514. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1515. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1516. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1517. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1518. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1519. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1520. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including

1566. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1567. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1568. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1569. the Derivative Works; and
1570. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1571. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1572. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1573. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1574. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1575. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1576. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1577. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1578. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1579. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1580. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1581. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1582. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1583. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1584. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1585. as modifying the License.
1586. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1587. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1588. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1589. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1590. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1591. the conditions stated in this License.
1592. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1593. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1594. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1595. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1596. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1597. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed

1748. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1749. the Derivative Works; and
1750. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1751. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1752. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1753. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1754. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1755. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1756. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1757. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1758. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1759. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1760. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1761. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1762. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1763. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1764. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1765. as modifying the License.
1766. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1767. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1768. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1769. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1770. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1771. the conditions stated in this License.
1772. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1773. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1774. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1775. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1776. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1777. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1778. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1779. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade

1781. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1782. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1783. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1784. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1785. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,

1792. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1793. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1794. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1795. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1796. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1797. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1798. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1799. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1800. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1801. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1802. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1803. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1804. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1805. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1806. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1807. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1808. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1809. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,

1852. Comment from
1853. <a href="http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/Crack_prevention">iPhone Dev Wiki
1854. Crack Prevention</a>: App Store binaries are signed by both their developer
1855. and Apple. This encrypts the binary so that decryption keys are needed in order
1856. to make the binary readable. When iOS executes the binary, the decryption keys
1857. are used to decrypt the binary into a readable state where it is then loaded
1858. into memory and executed. iOS can tell the encryption status of a binary via the
1859. cryptid structure member of LC_ENCRYPTION_INFO MachO load command. If cryptid is
1860. a non-zero value then the binary is encrypted.
1861. 'Cracking' works by letting the kernel decrypt the binary then siphoning the
1862. decrypted data into a new binary file, resigning, and repackaging. This will
1863. only work on jailbroken devices as codesignature validation has been removed.
1864. Resigning takes place because while the codesignature doesn't have to be valid
1865. thanks to the jailbreak, it does have to be in place unless you have AppSync or
1866. similar to disable codesignature checks.

1937. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
1938. 1. Definitions.
1939. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
1940. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
1941. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
1942. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
1943. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
1944. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
1945. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1946. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
1947. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
1948. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
1949. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
1950. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1951. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1952. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1953. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
1954. source, and configuration files.
1955. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1956. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1957. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1958. and conversions to other media types.
1959. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1960. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1961. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1962. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1963. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1964. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1965. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1966. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1967. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1968. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1969. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1970. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1971. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1972. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1973. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1974. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1975. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1976. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1977. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1978. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1979. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1980. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1981. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1982. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1983. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1984. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1985. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1986. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1987. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1988. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1989. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1990. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1991. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1992. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1993. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1994. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1995. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1996. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1997. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1998. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1999. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2000. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2001. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
2002. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
2003. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
2004. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
2005. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
2006. as of the date such litigation is filed.
2007. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
2008. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
2009. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
2010. meet the following conditions:
2011. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
2012. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
2013. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
2014. stating that You changed the files; and
2015. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
2016. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
2017. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
2018. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
2019. the Derivative Works; and
2020. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
2021. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
2022. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
2023. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
2024. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
2025. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
2026. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
2027. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
2028. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
2029. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
2030. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
2031. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
2032. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
2033. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
2034. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
2035. as modifying the License.
2036. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
2037. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
2038. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
2039. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
2040. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
2041. the conditions stated in this License.
2042. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
2043. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
2044. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
2045. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
2046. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
2047. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
2048. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
2049. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade

2053. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or

2063. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
2064. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly

2146. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
2147. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
2148. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
2149. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
2150. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
2151. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
2152. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
2153. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
2154. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
2155. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
2156. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
2157. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
2158. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
2159. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
2160. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
2161. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
2162. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
2163. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
2164. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
2165. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
2166. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
2167. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
2168. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
2169. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2170. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
2171. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2172. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
2173. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
2174. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
2175. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2176. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
2177. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2178. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
2179. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
2180. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
2181. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
2182. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2183. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2184. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
2185. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
2186. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
2187. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
2188. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
2189. as of the date such litigation is filed.
2190. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
2191. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
2192. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
2193. meet the following conditions:
2194. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
2195. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
2196. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
2197. stating that You changed the files; and
2198. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
2199. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
2200. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
2201. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
2202. the Derivative Works; and
2203. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
2204. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
2205. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
2206. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
2207. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
2208. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
2209. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
2210. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
2211. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
2212. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
2213. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
2214. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
2215. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
2216. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
2217. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
2218. as modifying the License.
2219. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
2220. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
2221. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
2222. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
2223. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
2224. the conditions stated in this License.
2225. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
2226. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
2227. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
2228. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
2229. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
2230. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
2231. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
2232. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
2233. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
2234. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
2235. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
2236. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
2237. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
2238. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
2239. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
2240. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
2241. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
2242. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
2243. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
2244. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
2245. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
2246. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
2247. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
2248. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
2249. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
2250. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
2251. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
2252. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
2253. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
2254. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
2255. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2256. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
2257. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
2258. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
2259. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
2260. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
2261. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
2262. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
2263. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
2264. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
2265. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.
